Shannon J. Gregg is the President and Founder of Cloud Adoption Solutions, a woman-owned Salesforce consulting firm specializing in regulated industries. She is also the author of It’s About Time, a book that helps sales teams refocus on what truly drives revenue and results. Dr. Gregg earned her BA from the University of Pittsburgh, her MBA in Management, and her Ph.D. in Community Engagement from Point Park University. Her dissertation explored how theories of innovation diffusion, change management, and adult learning impact CRM adoption in nonprofit organizations. She also serves as a part-time instructor for the Professional Selling course at Point Park University.
