As a 2X honoree of the 100 Powerful Women in Sales, Erica has spent more than 8 years working with SaaS products, along with 7+ years as a quota-carrying sales performer. She specializes in cultivating strong relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction through a consultative approach. Throughout her career, Erica has played a key role in building the fastest-growing global community of women of color in sales, consistently surpassing sales and customer retention goals.

Erica is also a seasoned sales and partnerships consultant and coach, helping companies scale by implementing customer-first strategies. She is a former board member and a passionate storyteller, sharing her philanthropic journey and inspiring others through social media.
