Kristina is an ABM and Enterprise Growth Marketing Leader at Greenhouse, where she leads a team focused on SDR enablement, account-based marketing (ABM), and lifecycle marketing for mid-market and enterprise clients. Her journey in the HR and HR tech space began with a successful career in talent acquisition and recruiting, both in corporate and agency settings, where she developed a passion for building content and thought leadership on platforms like LinkedIn and industry publications.
Kristina's transition into content marketing came when she joined Phenom, the first dedicated content marketer, where she built a multi-channel, impactful strategy and team. After Phenom, she helped lead a successful startup acquisition at Resource, later transitioning to Interseller, where she expanded her role to own both marketing and outbound SDR teams. Interseller's acquisition by Greenhouse in 2021 led Kristina to join their larger marketing team, where she thrives on testing new technologies, experimenting with innovative strategies, and driving pipeline growth for revenue teams. Outside of work, Kristina enjoys spending time outdoors, reading (with a goal of 60 books in 2025), and exploring new foods through travel.
