Trampoline is founded on my beliefs that the SDR role is the best launch pad into a commercial career for a candidate and is the most important part of a company's GTM strategy - especially in the early stages. I am a big fan of cold calling and social selling and I strongly believe that outbound prospecting will always be better with a human touch.
