This live build takes those prompts and turns them into an agent: it pulls its own inputs from a calendar invite or account name, chains the prompts, and has the prep waiting before the meeting starts.

Built and tested against a real call happening on somebody's calendar this week, then pushed further: chained into one command, triggered straight off the calendar, wired into the CRM so a manager can review it like any other rep output.
