A former sales leader at Stripe, Ross scaled the team from 3 to 300 and experienced firsthand how tough it is to maintain consistent execution as companies grow. That challenge inspired him to build Accord: a deal execution platform designed to help B and C players execute like A-players by reinforcing the right process, tools, and accountability across sales and post-sale teams.
